As a Director of Photography, cinematography is not just about capturing images for me. It is about bringing stories to life in the most powerful way possible. I love working with light, composition, and movement to create visuals that do not just look stunning, but connect with the audience on an emotional level.
In pre-production, I take a technical but collaborative approach. I focus on detailed planning and storyboarding to make sure everything runs smoothly and every shot serves the story. The best ideas come from teamwork, so I always involve department heads early on, creating a space where we can develop something truly unique together.
On set, I bring everything I have: the focused, technical side that keeps every detail on point, and the approachable side that keeps the energy up. Even on the toughest shoot days, I do my best to keep the mood positive and make sure the team feels supported. Filmmaking is a team effort, and a great atmosphere always leads to the best results.
